Sabering the Champagne (Sabre le Champagne)!

Another gruelling day in class at the Culinary Institute of America! Our instructor, Catherine Fallis, brutally decapitated a bottle of poor, defenseless Champagne with a saber! 

And then, she made us drink it! Cripes!
